Areas of Expertise
As more clients seek environmentally friendly solutions, Koncept Kreations have expertise in sustainable design practices.
Koncept Kreations have a deep knowledge of different types of materials and their properties, allowing you to make informed recommendations to clients.

1. Consultation
The first step is to meet with you to discuss your vision for the project, we pick on your design preferences, and any other requirements you may have. We take you through our products and guide you to the best possible recommendation that suits you.

2. Design
Based on the consultation, we work on specialized samples made just for you. These samples will help you get closer to your finished design.

3. Preparation
Prior to beginning the plastering work, the area should be prepared to ensure a smooth and clean surface. This may involve removing existing finishes, repairing any damage to the walls, and applying a base coat if necessary.

4. Plastering
The plastering work can now begin, following the design plan and using the appropriate techniques and materials.

5. Finishing
Once the plastering work is complete, the finishing touches can be added. This may include sanding, buffing, or polishing to achieve the desired texture and finish.

6. Final Inspection
Before completing the project, we conduct a final inspection to ensure that the work meets our own high standards as well as your expectations.

7. Follow-up
Following the completion of the project, we follow up with you to ensure your satisfaction and to address any questions or concerns.

This is How We Inspect a Site:

1. A Sample ID/Customer ID
From the moment we begin our journey, we present you with a Customer ID which will be unique to you and will have its own unique sample ID’s.

2. Scheduled Site Inspection
Once our sample is selected and approved, we begin the process by scheduling a site inspection visit to plan for the rest of the works at the site.

3. Site Report
A site report along with measurements and recommendations will be mailed to you for further action.

4. Identify Areas of Concern
During the walk-through, we identify areas of concern such as water damage, cracks, holes, or other defects that need to be addressed before we can begin.

5. Discuss The Project Timeline
We will then mutually discuss the project timeline and budget with you during the site inspection. This will help ensure that the project can be completed within your timeframe and budget.

6. Execute The Artistry
Once we are fixed with the details, we now begin to deliver.
Frequent Questions
All designers work differently. At Breeze Giannasio Interiors, first a short questionnaire and follow-up phone conversation will help us evaluate your project, and if we may be of help.
We maintain competitive design fees. There are a few ways that we charge but our design fee will typically have a combination of a fixed fee and hourly estimates.
It depends on the level you wish to take your project. If you have a specific design fee budget in mind, we are more than happy to prepare a proposal, stating what we can offer, keeping within your budget.
Before beginning work, you go through a detailed questionnaire that helps us get to know you better. We take a design fee retainer that is applied to your final invoice.
Exertion Interiors works primarily in Los Angeles and Hawaii with select engagements on the east coast.
